At Overstocked Gems, every order is a mystery experience. Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

All mystery boxes, mystery bags, and surprise products sold by Overstocked Gems are non-refundable and non-returnable. Because customers are purchasing a mystery product, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference, duplicate items, dissatisfaction with contents, product condition, or items received.

Product Condition

Items may include overstock inventory, shelf pulls, customer returns, open-box merchandise, package recovery items, liquidation inventory, or brand-new products.

Due to the nature of these products, some items may arrive with damaged packaging, cosmetic imperfections, missing accessories, missing parts, signs of previous use, or may be non-functional. While we do our best to provide value and exciting finds, Overstocked Gems does not guarantee the condition, functionality, completeness, brand, color, size, or specific contents of any item received.

By purchasing from Overstocked Gems, you acknowledge and accept that some items may be used, incomplete, damaged, defective, or require repair.

Damaged Orders During Shipping

If your package arrives visibly damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

Claims submitted without photos may be denied.

Missing Orders

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Overstocked Gems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
